What is Everband?

Who is it for?

Do students need accounts?
No. Adults hold the accounts, and we collect the minimum about students.
Is our data private?
Each organization's data is isolated — staff and parents only see their own organization. Attachments are private, every download is checked against who is allowed to see it, and contact details are never public.
Can we import our existing member lists?
Yes. Import students and families from a CSV — Everband matches and merges duplicates so nothing gets lost.
How do parents stay updated?
Publish event changes once and parents get an email plus an in-app notification — with delivery history for staff.
